What's Provided?

Art Center Building furnishings include:

    1 twin (single) bed per student
    4 drawers per student
    1 armoir or closet space per student
    1 customizable couche
    1 coffee table
    3 bar stools for rooms large enough to need
    Wall-to-wall carpeting
    Full-size refrigerator
    Electric stove

Taubman Center furnishings include:

    1 twin (single) bed per student
    Under-bed storage unit (which includes flat file storage!) or a dresser per student
    1 wardrobe or closet per student
    1 sofa per unit
    1 coffee table per unit
    Wall to wall carpet


Residents may wish to discuss bringing some of the larger/more expensive items on the list with suitemates so they do not end up with multiple items.

Residents are encouraged to only bring minimal larger furniture and/or unnecessary personal items to facilitate an easier move out process should an unexpected closure occur.
